Open Call: Artist residency in London 2024 in parnership with Acme

Open Call: Artist residency in London 2024 in parnership with Acme

In partnership with Acme, we are pleased to open applications for a three-month residency for a Finnish or Finland-based artist (June – August 2024).

Hosted by Acme as part of our ongoing international residency programmes, the opportunity is intended for a Finnish or Finland-based artist whose practice would benefit from time in London to explore and research new ideas, and who feels that they face additional barriers in pursuing their artistic practice.

The residency is research focused and no outcome is expected. We hope that the selected artist will develop their artistic practice, take inspiration or learnings from the art scene in London, and/or establish new networks during the residency. Our aim is to nurture co-creation, dialogue, care and sustainability, both psychologically and ecologically.

As part of our commitment towards minimising the environmental impact of our activity, ‘slow travel’ is encouraged as part of the residency.
