Artists Leo Villareal and Teemu Määttänen both use technology and light to change the urban landscape. Both artists are currently exhibiting their work in London, Villareal’s major public art commission Illuminated River lights up London’s iconic bridges while Määttänen’s Noste enlivens Southbank Centre’s facade.
