Circus

A night of skilled choreography and musical storytelling

Finnish aerialist Ilona Jäntti and singer-songwriter Aino Venna bring their cabaret-esque show Yablochkov Candle to London’s Watermans in March. The show is placed in a minimalist setting where dim lights, Jäntti’s skilled aerial choreography and Venna’s story-like songs create a unique atmosphere for the night.

Yablochkov Candle’s soundtrack consists mainly of Venna’s own compositions and lyrics, while Jäntti’s choreography makes use different aerial equipment as the performance develops segment by segment.

The show forms part of Watermans’ Spring Friday Nights Live season and is suitable for people aged 10 years and older.
